Where speech-to-text or video consultation technology (e.g., Microsoft or Azure) is used, all voice and audio data is transmitted via encrypted, GDPR-compliant services. These platforms do not retain or repurpose identifiable clinical information; data is securely processed within Europe and deleted once transcription is complete.

Website usage and cookies

When you visit the MindBridge Medical website, temporary cookies and other tracking technologies may be used to enhance experience and site security. No personal or health data is collected via cookies without your consent. You may disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Data retention and deletion
