Mindbridge Medical at the Hell and Back event

Mindbridge Medical was delighted to partner with Hell and Back run on 6th June at Wicklow. The day included interactive activation games, including Beat the Beep, along with free branded water bottles and fidget toys for attendees.

We had the opportunity to speak with people about mental health, answer questions, and discuss how therapy and lifestyle changes can support ADHD and overall wellbeing. The event also featured yoga sessions and provided a fun, welcoming space for education, conversation, and connection.

It was a fantastic day of engagement with the local community, with plenty of positive energy, meaningful conversations, and a real sense of openness. We were proud to be part of an event that combined learning, wellbeing, and enjoyment in such a positive way.
