Two validated screeners — one for your current adult symptoms, one for childhood. ADHD starts early, so both matter for a reliable diagnosis. Our clinical team scores and reviews them before your assessment.
Structured diagnostic assessment
90 minutes · Secure video call
A one-on-one video assessment with a doctor under consultant psychiatrist supervision, built around the DIVA-5 — the international standard structured interview for adult ADHD — applying DSM-5 diagnostic criteria. Unhurried, thorough, and private.
Diagnosis, treatment plan & first dose
30 minutes · Secure video call
Your diagnosis explained clearly, a holistic treatment plan agreed together, and — where clinically indicated — your first medication dose started.
Report & clinical documentation
After your assessment
A detailed written diagnostic report as a password-protected PDF — yours to keep, and shared with your GP only if you consent — plus scoring, documentation, and clinical coordination behind the scenes.
A phone and a quiet room.
- A reliable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone — smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
- A quiet, private space for the duration of your consultation.
- No downloads, no referral. Your secure video link arrives by email. A GP referral letter is welcome but never required.
If treatment is prescribed.
Where clinically indicated, a prescription is included in your assessment fee. One thing Malaysian regulations require: before stimulant medication can be dispensed locally, you'll need a short visit to a nearby GP or clinic for cardiovascular monitoring — blood pressure, heart rate, and an ECG if needed. We guide you through exactly what to ask for.
After that, treatment is managed remotely through follow-up video appointments.

Consultations run on secure, encrypted video platforms, and your data is handled under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. No waiting rooms, no clinic entrances, no one to run into. Nothing is shared with anyone — including your GP — without your explicit consent.
Hours (MYT): Monday–Friday 9am–9pm · Saturday–Sunday 9am–5pm. Evening and weekend slots exist so care fits around work, not the other way round.
