We offer a comprehensive Adult ADHD Assessment designed to provide an accurate diagnosis and a tailored treatment plan.

Your ADHD Assessment Journey with MindBridge Medical

Stage 1 – Initial Phone Consultation (15 minutes)

A short introductory call with one of our clinicians to answer your questions, explain the process, and ensure this service is right for you.

Stage 2 – Online ADHD Pre‑Assessment

You’ll complete a secure online ADHD pre‑assessment form. This covers:

  • Your ADHD symptoms (past and present)

  • Your medical and mental health history

  • Your lifestyle and daily challenges

This information helps your clinician prepare in advance, ensuring your live consultation is highly focused and personalised.

Stage 3 – Comprehensive ADHD Assessment (90 minutes)

A one‑to‑one video consultation with our ADHD specialist exploring your history, current challenges, and medical background. Standardised ADHD diagnostic tools DSM 5 & DIVA 5 are used alongside clinical expertise for a thorough evaluation.

Step 4 – Results & Care Planning Consultation (30 minutes)

In this follow‑up session, we’ll review your diagnosis and discuss a personalised treatment plan. If medication is appropriate, it will be initiated and your prescription sent via Secure HealthMail to your GP or local pharmacy. You’ll also have time to ask any questions and agree on the best next steps for your care.

Step 5- Medication review (15 minutes)

This session focuses on medication titration and monitoring your progress, ensuring optimal treatment effectiveness and adjustment as needed.

💰 Fee: €900 – all inclusive
This covers the full process:

  • Initial Phone Consultation – 15 minutes

  • Online ADHD Pre‑Assessment (completed in your own time)

  • Comprehensive Assessment – 90 minutes

  • Results & Care Planning Consultation – 30 minutes

  • Medication review -15 minutes

Total Clinical Time: 150 minutes, plus careful review of your ADHD pre‑assessment form to maximise value from your live consultation and completion of a report to your GP.

📍 All sessions are via our secure telemedicine platform – confidential, convenient, and from the comfort of your own home.

After your comprehensive assessment (Step 3), you will need to visit your GP for an ECG, heart rate, and blood pressure check before starting any medication as part of your treatment plan.

Transfer of care with a pre-existing ADHD diagnosis

For patients with a preexisting diagnosis of ADHD who wish to transfer their care to Mindbridge for follow-up management, we offer a structured and personalized service to support your ongoing needs.

You MUST send us a copy of your assessment report.

Our transfer of care process consists of two stages:

Stage 1: Comprehensive Assessment (45 minutes)


During this session, we review your current diagnosis, complete assessments for any comorbid mental health conditions, and develop a customized treatment plan tailored to your needs. If medication is appropriate, we discuss options, and send a detailed report to your GP for coordinated care.

Stage 2: Medication Review (15 minutes)


This session focuses on medication titration and monitoring your progress, ensuring optimal treatment effectiveness and adjustment as needed.

💰 Fee: €450 - all inclusive

Total Clinical Time: 60 minutes, plus careful review of your ADHD report to maximise value from your live consultation and completion of a report to your GP.

Follow‑Up Appointment Options & Fees

We offer two types of follow‑up appointments to ensure care is tailored to your individual needs.

1. Medication Review & Dose Titration

  • Duration: 20 minutes

  • Purpose:

    • Brief review of current symptoms

    • Discuss treatment response

    • Consideration of medication dose adjustments if clinically indicated

2. Extended Symptom Review & Medication Management

  • Duration: 30 minutes

  • Purpose:

    • More in‑depth discussion of symptoms, progress, and challenges

    • Comprehensive review of treatment plan

    • Medication management, including possible dose adjustments

    💰 Fee: €200

Your prescription will be sent securely and confidentially via HealthMail to your local pharmacy or general practitioner.

* ONLY FOR EXISTING PATIENTS THAT HAVE ALREADY HAD AN ADHD ASSESSMENT.

📅 Appointment Policy

  • The above prices and services apply to telehealth appointments, which are conducted via Microsoft Teams.

    • If you prefer an in‑person appointment, the fee will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking.

  • Fees include the cost of prescriptions issued during your appointment.

  • Payment is required prior to your appointment to secure your booking date and time.

  • If you need to cancel, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less notice may result in the appointment fee being charged, as the time is reserved exclusively for you. This ensures we can offer the appointment slot to another patient and continue providing timely access to care.

  • We kindly ask that any changes are made with at least 48 hours’ notice. Changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a fee or loss of deposit.

    • To reschedule, please contact our admin team by phone or email, or make changes directly through our online diary booking system on our website.

  • Following the completion of your full assessment and the start of your medication, we will prepare an updated report and send it to your GP. This ensures your doctor is fully informed and can continue supporting your care.
