Reimbursement Process

Verify Coverage: Log into your Laya app > 'My Policies' > 'Check Consultant' > Search " Shaeraine Raaj " to confirm.
Book Appointment: Schedule directly at mindbridgemedical.com and attend via Zoom.
Obtain Receipt: Receive digital invoice/receipt immediately after completing your, booking via email from MindBridge Medical.
Submit Claim: In Laya app > 'Claims' > 'Upload Receipt' > Select "Outpatient Mental Health" > Photograph/attach PDF > Submit
