How it works

From first click to diagnosis.

The whole assessment happens by secure video, in three appointments — no clinic visits, no referral, on your schedule.

The process
1

Book online and complete two questionnaires

Online · Clinician call within 24 hours

Choose a time and pay securely online. Two validated screeners — one for your current symptoms, one for childhood — arrive by email. ADHD starts early, so both matter for a reliable diagnosis. A clinician calls within 24 hours to explain the process and confirm an ADHD assessment is the right next step.

2

Structured diagnostic assessment

90 minutes · Secure video call

A one-to-one video assessment built around the DIVA-5 — the structured interview for adult ADHD — applying DSM-5 diagnostic criteria, under Dr Raaj's clinical supervision and in line with the HSE Model of Care for ADHD in Adults. A partner or family member is welcome to join for collateral history. Unhurried, thorough and private.

3

Results, diagnosis & treatment plan

30 minutes · Secure video call with Dr Raaj

Your diagnosis explained clearly, a treatment plan agreed together, and — where clinically indicated — medication started. A written diagnostic report (password-protected PDF) and a letter for your GP follow, so your care is coordinated from day one.

Medication

If medication is prescribed.

Before stimulant medication is started, you'll need a short cardiovascular check with your GP — blood pressure, heart rate, and an ECG if indicated. We tell you exactly what to ask for. Your prescription is then sent by Secure HealthMail to your GP or nominated pharmacy.

Dose titration is managed through follow-up video appointments — 20 minutes for €150, 30 minutes for €200. Once you are stable, a repeat prescription is €40, with regular reviews continuing, typically every six months [CONFIRM: review interval].

What you need

A device and a quiet room.

  • A reliable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone — smartphone, tablet or laptop.
  • A quiet, private space for the duration of your consultation.
  • Photo ID, and any previous reports, school records or letters if you have them.
  • A family member or partner who can join for part of the assessment, if possible — collateral history strengthens a diagnosis.
  • No downloads, no referral. Your secure video link arrives by email. A GP referral letter is welcome but never required.
Priced upfront

€950, all-inclusive.

One fee covers the questionnaires, the 90-minute assessment, the results consultation, the written report, the GP letter and any prescription issued. Nothing is added at checkout.

Dr Raaj is recognised by Laya Healthcare and VHI — cover depends on your plan — and every receipt is itemised with his IMC number, for your claim and for 20% tax relief on medical expenses through Revenue.

Privacy & hours

Confidential by design.

Consultations run on secure, encrypted video, and your data is handled under GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. No waiting rooms, no clinic entrances, no one to run into. Nothing is shared with anyone — including your GP — without your explicit consent.

Hours (Irish time): Monday–Friday 9am–9pm · Saturday–Sunday 9am–5pm. Evening and weekend slots exist so care fits around work, not the other way round.

Three conversations between you and an answer.
