MindBridge Medical was founded in Dublin in 2025 by a consultant psychiatrist. Every assessment, diagnosis and treatment plan is made under his clinical governance, with psychologists and counsellors working alongside him.

Dr Shaeraine Raaj

Dr Raaj has more than twelve years of Irish clinical experience in psychiatry, across inpatient, community and day-hospital settings, including posts as liaison psychiatrist and PICU psychiatrist. His expertise is in general adult psychiatry, adult ADHD, neuropsychiatry, medication review and medico-legal reports. He completed specialist training in ADHD assessment through the UK Adult ADHD Network (UKAAN), and his RCSI Master's dissertation was on developing and introducing an adult ADHD clinic.
He holds a formal qualification in medical education, has lectured and tutored medical students at University College Dublin and RCSI, examined psychiatry rotations, and mentors doctors preparing for their psychiatry examinations.

MindBridge Medical exists to make expert psychiatric care reachable for adults across the Republic of Ireland, especially those in rural areas or facing long waiting lists for specialist services. Consultations are by secure video call, so there is no travel and no waiting room.
Psychiatric consultations are conducted by a consultant psychiatrist registered with the Irish Medical Council and a member of both the College of Psychiatrists of Ireland and the Royal College of Psychiatrists. Around him is a multidisciplinary team: a Senior Psychologist, a Clinical Psychologist, an Addiction Counsellor and Assistant Psychologists, with a Service Manager as your first point of contact.

MindBridge Medical partnered with the Hell & Back run in Wicklow. The day included activation games such as Beat the Beep, free branded water bottles and fidget toys, yoga sessions, and conversations about how therapy and lifestyle changes can support ADHD and overall wellbeing.
