AuDHD Assessment

What We Offer

An AuDHD Assessment is a comprehensive assessment for adults who may present with traits of both Autism and ADHD. It brings both diagnostic pathways together in one structured process, helping to provide a clearer understanding of symptoms, developmental history, and the most appropriate recommendations for support, diagnosis, and treatment.

This combined pathway is designed for individuals seeking a thorough evaluation across both conditions, with each part of the process completed by the appropriate clinician. It allows autism and ADHD to be considered carefully, including areas where traits may overlap.

Your AuDHD Assessment Journey

Part 1: Autism Assessment

The autism assessment is completed in three stages and is conducted by a Senior Psychologist. Adult autism pathways commonly include a detailed clinical interview, collateral history, and a feedback session with recommendations.

  • Stage 1: Clinical Interview
A 2-hour clinical interview with the Senior Psychologist to explore current concerns, developmental history, social communication profile, sensory experiences, routines, and broader neurodevelopmental presentation.

  • Stage 2: Collateral History
A 1-hour collateral history session with a family member, partner, or another person who knows the client well, where appropriate, to gather additional background information that may support the assessment.

  • Stage 3: Feedback and Recommendations
A 60-minute feedback session with the Senior Psychologist to discuss the assessment outcome and provide recommendations for next steps and supports.

Part 2: ADHD Assessment

The ADHD assessment is also completed in three stages. ADHD pathways commonly include pre-assessment questionnaires, a structured diagnostic interview, and a results or treatment-planning consultation.

  • Stage 1: Pre-Screening Forms
Completion of ADHD pre-screening forms and background questionnaires before the clinical assessment.

  • Stage 2: Comprehensive ADHD Assessment
A 90 minutes’ detailed ADHD assessment with the Assistant Psychologist to review symptoms, childhood history, functioning, and areas of daily difficulty.

  • Stage 3: Diagnosis and Treatment Plan
A final consultation with Consultant Psychiatrist Dr. S Raaj to review findings, confirm diagnosis where appropriate, and discuss treatment recommendations including medication options if indicated and next steps.

Report

Clients will receive two comprehensive reports following the assessment process. The first report covers the autism assessment and diagnosis, including findings and recommendations. The second report covers the ADHD assessment and diagnosis, and will also include the autism diagnosis to provide a complete written summary of the combined assessment.

Fees and Payment

The Combined AuDHD Assessment fee is €2,295, offering a reduced package rate for clients completing both the ADHD and autism assessment pathways together. This provides a clear saving compared with booking each assessment separately (saving 205 euro).

We provide a secure tele-psychiatry service, ensuring that all assessments, feedback sessions, and reports are delivered safely and conveniently online.
