ADHD Transfer of Care Program
At Mindbridge Medical, we provide a comprehensive Transfer of Care program for patients with a pre-existing diagnosis of ADHD. Whether your diagnosis was made by a clinical psychologist or from an international provider, we welcome you to send us a copy of your assessment report for review at admin@mindbridgemedical.ie
Our program includes a thorough 60-minute assessment where we:
Review your existing diagnosis and documentation
Screen for and rule out any comorbid mental health conditions
Personalize a treatment plan tailored to your needs
If medication is indicated, a script will be sent securely via HealthMail.
You are also recommended to sent us a copy of your blood pressure and heart rate results. If there is a family history or personal history of cardiavascular conditions, a ECG is required and Mindbridge Medical will coordinate with your GP.
Fee: €450 for the complete transfer of care assessment.
We aim to support a seamless transition and continued management of your ADHD with expert, patient-centered care.
Follow-Up Appointments
At Mindbridge Medical, we offer two types of follow-up appointments exclusively for pre-existing clients:
Standard Follow-Up (20 minutes) – €150
A focused review of your symptoms and current medication. During this appointment, we assess whether there is a need to adjust your medication dose or consider a change.Extended Follow-Up (30 minutes) – €200
A comprehensive consultation which includes a detailed review of symptoms, medication effectiveness, and any side effects. This session allows for in-depth discussion and personalized adjustments to your treatment plan.
These follow-up options ensure your ongoing care is closely monitored and tailored to your needs.
Repeat Prescription
For patients stable on their medication and reviewed following their latest dose titration, we offer repeat prescriptions for €40, which may cover up to three months of treatment.
To ensure ongoing medication safety and clinical appropriateness, patients are required to undergo a formal review at least once every six months.
